Police Certificate (multiple)?

My husband uploaded his police certificate from the UK a few weeks ago but the other day he received a message asking for a separate certificate to be sent from the Channel Islands where we currently live. As the Channel Islands fall under the ACRO from the UK we are a bit confused, do they want us to send the original copy of that in the post or is it possible the case officer didn't understand that Channel Islands falls under the uk police check? When you go to the Guernsey police site it sends you to the UK acro site for police checks for immigration purposes.

Thanks, this is what we understood and uploaded weeks ago so we can't understand why they would message a request for a Police Check from the Channel Islands when this is what their own site says. Could they have made a mistake do you think?

Its confusing.....because the UK covers Channel Islands.

I will advice the Sponsor call IRCC to clarify........phone number........1-888-242-2100.........best time to call IRCC is start trying from 7:55am EST.
