Police Certificate Help Please

Hi there,
I am a little worried, I am about to send off my Inland spousal application however I am know seeing some threads that say you need to provide police cert when you send your application because of new rule. Is this true? This whole time it has said on document checklist that I didn't need to provide schedule a or police cert until they are requested after first approval and I have believed that to be true. I am going to send off for my police cert back in Ireland by mail but I assumed it would be a few weeks before they would ask for it and it would get that long to get here anyway.

If the checklist says you don't need to provide a police certificate, you are probably using an out-of-date checklist. Check on that, otherwise your app will be returned regardless.
