Police certificate from Singapore

I submitted my application on May 21, 2013 and received AOR on July 9, 2013. I stayed in Singapore for more than 6 months and need to send my police certificate to CIC. I could not send the Singaporean PCC with my application as I will need a request letter from CIC to obtain PCC from Singapore.

Just wondering, anyone have similar situation? Usually, how long after AOR, CIC contact us with the request letter for obtaining the PCC from Singapore?

No idea how long it will take, but I don't think you can use the forms that Jorger posted, not for Singapore, anyway.

Well I am not from Singapore but I did experience similar thing.
I contacted my home country's police dept before I submit the CEC package; just same as your case they refused to issue me one until CIC officially request for it.

My AOR was received in Sep 2012; CIC sent me an email requesting additional doc (the police clearance cert from my home country) on Nov 1 2012. So in my case it was like almost 2 months.

***I don't know how Singapore police rolls but my home country's police dept managed to send out the police clearance cert to CIC Ottaawa directly around Dec10 - Dec15. CEC confirmed receipt in Jan 2013.
