we applied for sponsorship inland last year Nov 2020
I’ve got the aor completed the medical and fingerprints
then suddenly I was requested to give police certificate from my home country note that I left my country when I was 19 years old and came to Canada so I thought I didn’t need to provide one at the time but apparently I need to .
In order to get police certificate from Saudi you need person with power of attorney to get it for you . So I had my father over there tried to get it for me they told him I need to go there in person because they never had any fingerprints for me there so I tried contacting the embassy and I got the same answer . Because travel risk and I have two kids including one in school already me leaving Canada will effect our life routine so I thought of asking ircc if this request could be waved it’s been over two months with No answer weather it will be waved or I should go home I call them like every week with the answer wait for the visa officer to response to the webform I’m really confused to what I should do my status just expired so I applied for work permit and now waiting for it , reason why I didn’t apply for work permit at the time coz I never thought it will take this long
please any help would be very kind
