Police Certificate from Russia INLAND Sponsorship

Hello guys:
Anybody knows where can I get my police certificate from Russia, Does the Embassy of Russia in Canada issue it? Because CIC requested it to continue processing my application and I have to mail it within 30 days I would like to know if it is fast process or not and what is the correct office to go, I am living in Toronto and I do not where get it.

Contact the Russian consulate in Canada. http://www.toronto.mid.ru/
I'm pretty sure it takes longer than 30 days to obtain the PCC. If so, write to CIC and tell them the date you applied for it and ask for an extension of time to submit the document. Include proof of your application for it (copy of application form, fee, etc.).
