Police certificate from my spouse says she is single

Hello,

I'm a married guy but I am applying without my wife at the moment. They asked for her police certificate anyway and just now when I'm uploading her police certificate I noticed it says she is single (it's because we were married in Canada but never changed her status in Mexico). Can that give me any problem? Naturally, I would explain in the LOE and we also uploaded our married certificate from Canada.

Just explain everything in the LOE. I don't see any problem because your marriage certificate from Canada clearly provides strong evidence that you two are legally married.
