Dear all,
- This statement is from the official link of express entry:
"For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant stayed in that country for 6 months or more in a row"
- I live in Canada since the 26th of Dec 2016 until now. During that time, I visited my country Egypt 3 times and my visits never exceeded 6 months either in a row or accumulatively. I have an Egyptian police certificate that was issued 2 days before changing my residence from Egypt to Canada on 24th Dec 2016. So based on the upper statement, does the old police certificate work or not?
- If not, should I wait until I receive the new police certificate to submit my files (I already applied for the new police certificate but it may take 2 or 3 months) or I should submit my files now with the old police certificate and attach the request of the new one?
Thanks in advance,
