police certificate australia for SPonsorship application

Hello,

I need to get an police certificate from Australia for my application Sponsorship Common Law Partner.
I am from Germany. Which one I have to get .... one with fingerprints???? or I have no idea?
and how long does it take to get it? and for how long can I use it for my application?

I don't know how long it takes to get it but it has to be not older than 3 months before CIC receives it.

Hi Julia123,

I just got the one without fingerprints. It took them 12 days to process it in Australia. I sent the application in online and then after the 12 days it took about 2.5 weeks to get to Canada.

Mine was processed within 2 days and sent by mail. They use regular, standard mail to send them out.
