Police CC , Beginning date dilemma

Hi guys, just wondering what dates do I have to put on my PCC certificate. It's asking for a beginning and an end date. I have lived in Karachi (Pakistan) since birth and then travelled to US for studies.i travelled back and forth a few times. My question is, what should I put as the start date for my PCC. Should I put my birth date as the beginning date and then till the end since I last visited the country or should I put the date when I turned 18 as the beginning date?

doesn't matter, you can put your birth date or the date on which you turned 18. both are fine
