I have a question if somebody get his pr in canada and before getting the citizenship if in his own country somebody file any FIR in police station then will it become hurdle in his citizenship
And second question if he is on PR then is there any provisio if court or police will know his location that he went to canada on PR
Can police or court can pressure or inform canadian govt about the case and can that cancel his PR . I am asking because my frnd who is gojng to apply does not have any criminal case agst him but three month back he was summoned by delhi police , because he used to be one of the director in the company of his owner and his owner sold property to a lady and that lady filed complained agst his boss and as my frnd at that time the director of his boss company so that lady also make him party
So he went to police station and he give his statement that he used to be the dummy director of his boss company and he resigned in 2015 and some new director has appointed in his place
And he also mentioned that the main person is his boss who is responsible
And in police record fir is in the name of his boss only not in his name
He got his pcc done last week and got positive report
