Points not added despite having Candian Job offer

Hi,

I have moved recently to Canda under work permit which requires no LMIA(Intra company transfer). I have a valid job offer from the client but the points are not getting added in my express entry profile for this Job offer. Can anyone please clarify regading this ?

Check the link below to see if your job offer is valid to claim points. For LMIA exempt jobs, you get the points when you:

• are currently working for an employer specified on the work permit
• have one year of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work) for that employer
• have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa

As you've stated that you moved to Canada recently then i'm assuming the issue is that you have not worked for your employer for at least one year.

Is the job offer from your current employer, or from a different company?

Is the job offer from your current employer, or from a different company?

It doesn't matter, in either case @rkhears cannot claim points.

If the job offer is from current employer, I believe @rkhears is yet to complete 1 year experience with Canadian employer as he/she recently moved to Canada.

If job offer is from different employer then it's not a valid offer as there is no LMIA. Intra-company transfer is a closed work permit and @rkhears cannot work for the new employer without getting a new work permit with LMIA.

how can a offer letter contain time lines for how long this job be valid if it is permanent?
