Dear Sir,
I am from Chandigarh, I am interested in applying for immigration to Canada from Delhi office. Skilled person Category.
I very well qualify for it under skilled person Category with the following exception.
My education details are as under:
After Elementary 10 years of schooling I have another 7 years of study as follows.
Sr.No Education Subject Type Year Regular Correspondence
1 Higher Secondary Commerce Schooling 1990-1992 Yes No ( Duration : 2 Years)
2 Bachelours
B.Com Commerce University 1992-1995 No Yes ( Duration : 3 Years)
3 Masters Commerce University 1995-1997 No Yes (Duration: 2 Years).
Kindly access my eligibility by considering last five years of study at Bachelors & Masters level are
Correspondence, I am pasting here abstract from CIC website which says:
“Full time equivalent studies: If you completed a program of study on a part time or accelerated basis, count the length of time it would have taken to complete the program on a full time basis."
I think I fall very well in this category (Full Time Equivalent Studies) as it was completed in exactly same time as it would have taken to do on Full time basis i.e. B.Com 3 yrs & M.com 2 years. I appeared for same exams annually like any other full time student.
Kindly advice how much points I can score from Education factor.
