If uncles/aunts/nephews don't get us any points do we still have to declare them as it would as for proof of relationship and that would be difficult to prove

I can't remember if the form asks about them. If the form asks about them, then you can declare them. But I don't think they will materially impact your PR application.

They can definitely impact your visit visa application I believe.
