 The applicant has clearly demonstrated that they have an established connection to their destination outside of Winnipeg through existing family or social ties; and
 Have clearly and comprehensively outlined their plans for establishing their work and social life in the respective region of Manitoba.

I have my brother in law living in winnipeg.I am ready to live near st paul which is rural area near winnipeg but i need a sample plan.I have done some research though but it would be helpful if someone cna share his/her views or experiences.

Hi! Your supporter should be living in a rural area for atleast a year to be able to receive the additional 50 points. That's what mpnp will check or else your application can get rejected if you add the 50 points in eoi for the rural migration, but your sponsor is in winnipeg. I dont intend to scare you off, i heard past applications got rejected for this reason. God bless and good luck.

Hi there so what was the outcome for your case?
I am in the same situation like yours.
I am living in Winnipeg and I want to sponsor my brother but we aslo have a distance relative outside Winnipeg as well.
So can I be the sponsor and make the distance relative a support to get both the 200 and 50 point?
Thank you

Hi,,

The company i am working has 2 locations and one of the location is in rural area. Should we choose rural area option, if we can get paperwork or letter that says i will be working there?

Able to advise if that will be a good option or should we rather avoid selecting it.

Do you live in that area? The rural program is clear you MUST live in that particular city on order to claim points
