Points for Pakistani Qualification

Respected Members,

• I have confusion If someone can help me. I have done 2 years Bachelors of Commerce, then 2 years MA Economics then 2 Years MBA. How many points will I get? Either 22 or 25?
• If I will go for ECA what should be equivalency?
• Should I get 18 years equivalency from HEC?
• My Qualification is from Pakistan recognize by HEC
