Points for LMO if in new job?

Anyone any ideas if I could claim points in express entry profile if I had an LMO job offer and work permit but have left the job? The job offer still stands though, I could return to that job.

I believe that all you need is the LMIA (at this point there shouldn't be any LMOs left). Not the job itself. But it has to be valid.
If I'd known this process would take so long, I would've applied to EE while my LMO was still valid.

Though if someone could confirm that would be great.

It's an LMO, it was issued in July 2014, valid until July 2016. I actually got enough points without it, but included it in my letter of explanation, as I'm a bit worried some of my reference letters aren't up to scratch.
