Points for incomplete(1 year) secondary degree for spouse

Hi all,

My spouse has an incomplete degree in university. Finished only 1 year(2 semesters).
Is it possible to get ECA and receive 6 points for her under "One-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute"?

Not as far as I know. She didn't complete a one-year program and doesn't have the final transcript/degree.
