points for fulltime 2 year MBA and 2 year B.COM degree from Pakistan??(16 yrs)

Hello friends,
I have completed my 16 years of education including my Full time 2 years of B.COM and Full time 2 years of MBA in Finance. Will I be entitled to get 21 or 23 points? as I have University degree qualifications. I will apply for WES too.

You would receive 21 points. 16 years (MA/MBA from Pakistan) is equivalent to 4 years Canadian Bachelor degree. If you have two Master's degree from Pakistan you would get 22 points.

ACCA is a professional certification and not a university degree. To my view, it will not count for the education points.

Yes, provided his/her points on all grids accumulate to a minimum of 67.

3. Number of years to clear/pass the ACCA.
