If a person is employee of a Canada based firm and working outside Canada in some other country. Would it be possible for him to get points of Arranged Employment for Immigration Purpose?

If a person is employee of a Canada based firm and working outside Canada in some other country. Would it be possible for him to get points of Arranged Employment for Immigration Purpose?

No. Only if the Canadian firm obtained an AEO from HRSDC stating that they would employ the person once they "landed" in Canada.
