points for a one year Master Degree in Canada

Hi guys,

I read somewhere that the new rule would give 15 points for a Masters degree in Canada. But on CiC website FSW section I could not find any such thing.
Can someone please confirm that there are or are not any points for a one year Master degree from Canada?
