Hi there,
yes mine decreased from 445 to 413 after answering the 3 additional questions for Canadian education. After a day it updated my points with the additional 30 points to 443. I should be at 475 with the additional 30 points. I don't know why the remaining points were removed. My profile is showing in progress under the education section, so i suspect they are still updating the profile. i have checked all my answers with the CRS tool and they are ok. Any idea what happened and how to fix it?
My answers were:

Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
• from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
• from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
• a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
• a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)
YES

Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses? NO

Did TINA ******* study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada
NO

Hi in case you're claiming points for a the "two or more certificates" option- this option has gone from the list. Make sure that each qualification has the appropriate level of education selected from the dropdown list.
