Points critical to apply for FSW

Hi Guys,

Please help me with your answers.
My points add up to 67 and I am eligible to file for FSW program.
This has now become critical as on 15th of October, I will be one year older and 1 point will be deducted.
I was waiting for CES results and that killed almost 4months. Tomorrow, I will have fund in my account and I will then apply.
I am worried because by the time the application will be in their hands the points will not be sufficient.

My question is if I file before 15th will they consider my case as the points were fulfilled at the time of filing the case.

Your application has to be received by CIC before October 15th in order for your current age to be locked in and used for the points calculation. If CIC receives your application on October 15th or later, then your points will be calculated using your new age.

By application you mean envelope that we send to cic?
Or I should apply online before 15th and let the envelope reach them a day later or so ?

Your envelope must reach and be received by CIO personnel before your birthday.
That's to say you must send it by express mail as soon as possible

There is no online application process. Your envelope must physically reach CIC before October 15th.

Today I will be sending it, yesterday I received my CES hard copy.
Will try hard to get the best courier possible.
