points clarity

I will like clarity about the work exeprience point.
I have a BSc degree in biochemistry with 6 month work exeprience in field. I have since then worked as an employment advisor with over 5 years experience.
This bring me to my question, do I get points for working as an employment adviser for 5 years or as a biochemist with 6 month experience.

1. You need 1 years continuous experience in an occupation in the list, unless you have an AEO. Employment adviser is not on the list. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list
2. As Employment Adviser is level A of the NOC, if you qualified, you would receive 21 points for that job.
