After graduation completed this exam.

I have a university degree & am a chartered accountant. Have given myself 22 points & applied under fsw 1, noc 0111. I asked for clarification in a cover letter to ciu , novascotia but did receive aor with no answer to my query.

its crucial for me because I had scored less in IELTS and only if I get 22 points for CA then only I qualify and get 67 points.

If you have a bachelor's degree with 14 years of education, then became a CA, 20 points. CA is a designation, not an additional university degree.
