Points changed?!

When I submitted my application for EE I had 446 points. I got my ITA on 25th April. I’ve been uploading documents and completing the application but when I click ‘review points’ I’ve only got 439! The cut off is 441. I know where the points are missing, it is 7 points awarded for my spouse’s education but for some reason they haven’t been awarded on the application. Can anyone help? What’s going on? If I submit does that mean I’ll get refused as we are 2 points below the cut off?

It may well be a system glitch. Be extra sure that you have 446 instead of 439. If so, write a letter of explanation about why the system gives 439 when it should give 446.
