Hello guys ,
can you help me with the next situation.
when I calculated my points through EE points calculator I got 471 points. (I have 1 year Canadian experience in May). However, when I created profile I got 381 points only. Looks like the system didn't count my 1 year experience points. My position is in category B in NOC.
please help if you know why and how do deal with that.
Much appreciate

If your job code is in NOC list, you should get points. Can you provide breakup of your points to see what is missing?

Canadian experience will not be counted if it is gained while you are self-employed, if you were a student, or if it was unauthorized.

In the profile, under work history - For each "work experience" in Canada entry in your profile, there are 2 questions that appear at the bottom - for some reason, a lot of people seem to mess these up.

- Working legally in Canada during this time? You must answer YES (if you answer NO, you're saying you were working illegally, and the experience isn't counted).

- Studying full-time while doing this job? You must answer NO, because work experience gained on a student work permit is not accepted.

OMG I see, yes it's my experience while being a student and being on a study permit, but legal though . Such a stupid system. Thanks anyway for your responds.
