Hey guys, I would like to know who is and isn't eligible for applying for a TWP at the POE. For example , if an employer applies for an LMIA for foreign worker and the LMIA is approved (positive LMIA), can the foreign worker then proceed to apply for his TWP at a POE? What are the rules regarding TFW applying for a TWP at the point of entry. I would really appreciate some response. Thanks in advance/

Do you hold a visa exempt or non visa exempt passport?
Are you already in Canada and have legal status in Canada?
If you are non visa exempt and are already in Canada, do you have a multiple entry TRV?

I'm from a non visa exempt country, I am not in Canada yet but I am expecting my LMIA in a couple of weeks so I would like to know if I can apply for my TWP at the point of entry.

No - you can't apply at the point of entry. You must apply for the work permit while you are still outside of Canada - through your home country's visa office.
