No matter which LOA we show to the Immigration Officer. He/She will print that institute name on our SP.
With this printed name of some institute on SP, you can still change our uni/college without even telling CIC about that and with the same SP which you received with the previous institute name.

So chill. Nothing will be wrong

Hey sorry I sound repetitive but my worry is that I'm showing LOA of new college at the port of entry (not the loa on which basis I got student visa and letter of introduction ) and secondly, this new loa is of a post secondary diploma whereas my study visa and letter of intro was issued for a post graduate diploma loa. My problem is I can't show the original loa bcus I'd taken a deferred loa for may for that progrm. I hope I didn't confuse u an an answer will be really appreciated.

now i got an admit from uni of windsor for may. but in case if i get an admit from ottawa too from sept intake can i go for ottawa in sept even if i land in canda for study in windsor in may. kindly help!!!!!!!

Hi, I had the same problem while applying for Visa as i had already applied but changed my university. However, I sent an email to them and told my situation/reason and they updated.

Also, I spoke to one of my University admission officer and asked her suggestion. She said that wouldn't be any problem cause the study permit is enought to study anywhere in Canada unsless you are changing your Degree (i.e. Undergraduation to Diploma etc)

what if we change the course from pg certificate to pg diploma within the same college/university? is there any objection from the immigration officer at the point of entry??

bro can we change the course within the same institution? suppose i get admission in pg certificate and get visa on this basis. at the same time i also have letter of acceptance of pg diploma in the same college..when i reached at the point of entry if i show LOA of pg diploma instead of pg certificate(on which basis i get visa) is there any thing wrong in doing so or i may be asked why i changed the course as pg certificate is 1 year and pg diploma is 2 year? technically i will get study permit for 1 year if I show pg certificate..but if i show pg diploma can i get study permit for 2 years or for 1 year initially and then extended later on??
