point calculation for education

Hi Friends,

I have 2 questions.

1st question:

I have done 3 years polytechnic diploma(Computer Engineering) after my 10th grade and 3 years Engineering Degree (B-tech) after Diploma.

I am confused under which category do I fall.

* Two or more university degrees at the Bachelor's level AND at least 15 years of full-time study - 22 points

or

* A two-year university degree at the Bachelor's level AND at least 14 years of full-time study - 20 points


2nd question:

What would band 8 score convert to in terms of points?

Would appreciate expert advice on this.
