Point calculation as per new changes 2017 CSQ

1. he has something called MBA, but at the moment evaluated as 4 years degree by ICAS. (it is not that much how is it called but what is its Canadian equivalence).

If your education is in HR, then you will only get 6 points for areas of training.
That would give you 61 points max and 55 points min. according to what you have stated (some points do depend on your spouse).

how many point awarded for intermediate 2 years of secondary education?

Hard to say. But to be on the safe side, count that they will still assess it as 4 years bachelor which is only 10 points.

if listening is 7 than he can claim 2 points please recheck.

As for Listening 7 from IELTS, sorry that one is still considered as CBL 7. You would need listening 8 or higher to get those 2 points.
CBL 7 to 8 only gives you 1 point from anything. and only CBL 9+ from listening or speaking will give you 2 points for those areas.

Yes you shall be ok.
You can still try another IELTS to get CBL 9 for speaking and listening (in order to have additional point).

AOT: 9 points if you have it as Banking and finance, (or 6 points if it goes under insurance and finance)

AOT: 3 points max (if it is banking then 3 if insurance then 2)
Age: 3 points
Child: 4 points
Finance: 1 point

It does not look good.
At best you can get 55 points.
Even if you improve listening and speaking you will not cross 57.
Your only hope would be some French language.
