POF While Landing

I am currently in Europe and I am supposed to complete my landing next week and today I found out that my bank won't let me take out more than $3000 from the ATM and there is no cashier at the bank. And the withdrawal limit is $3000 every 4 days.

I will be carrying around $3000-$5000 with myself and I have a bank reference letter stating that I have the rest of the funds in my bank account. Will this be okay?

I had no idea that the bank had this sort of rule.

Yup, they didn't even ask us for any POF when we landed in Toronto Best of luck!

I landed with 3000 CAD only and with a bank certificate. I landed without any problems.
