POF Query

Hello, i am hoping to get ITA next draw. My CRS is 450. There is 1000 CAD approx in my bank account. I am FSW Outland applicant. I have to show 19000 CAD in my account. My father will transfer that money in my account beacuse we are selling a land and that land is on my father's name. So is it ok that i can get that money after receiving ITA?.

It wasnt mentioned any where that you need to have money for this much time in account. I managed to arrange POF after receiving ITA. I had put FD in my name and spouse name in SBI and went to the bank to get fund certificate. The give that based on your FD available with them.
The I showed amount in my savings bank when I received salary, Then PF statement shown, then my mutual fund investment shown. I showed more than what they asked for splitted accorss multiple accounts etc.
I did not received any query. The restriction what I understood is, you should not borrow money when showing funds. You may expect query from CIC during any time of process.
So if your father is giving money for you, have a document shows that its a gift deed.
(This is my suggestion based on experience. You may analyse further and take an appropriate decision)

Just get a Gift Deed made from the nearest Notary & attach this with your POF. It is perfectly alright and nothing to worry.

as early as credit remaining balance in your account . During Documents uploading process you will attach gift deed with balance certificate and 6 month bank statements .
