POF, pls advise me

Hi seniors:
I have one problem here: The bank statement only include current balance and the bank asks me to print the past 6month balance by myself. Then they will sign for me. Another problem is that my latest 6months balance initially do not have the requested amount, only the recent 2months reach the requirement... Will CIC reject? I do have time deposit but due last month and the money was transferred to this account. But bank refused to provide any certification about this deposit. What shall I do? Thanks for your advice.
 
Does head office refuse the request or one branch refused the request?

For eg: downtown branch manager was stubborn to issue me the desired letter however another branch issued me whatever I was asking for

The branch where I put up my time deposit refuses to give the proof letter.
You mean I can try another branch?
 
Hi,

According to CIC, if u have arranged employment, you don't need to provide POF, u can attach employment letter or T4 will do, is this true?

If you're invited under the CEC program or if you have a valid job offer you are not required to provide POF.

What's the harm in trying another branch....may be take a prior appointment so you get more focused attention rather than a distracted manager trying to get rid of a customer
