POF Letter in US & Gift Deed Format

So my question is twofold, as the thread title explains.

1. I have a bank account in the US and a credit card(not from the same bank), with no loans outstanding. I am currently studying in the US. I want to show these as POF for my Express Entry. As per the instructions, I need to have bank balance for 6 months, credit details etc on the financial institution letterhead. My question is how do I get all these details on a single letterhead? I can have my bank details on the letterhead but not details such as I have no loans outstanding in the US or a list of all my credit cards on the same letter. Is there some other authority I have to refer to?

2. I got a single fund transfer in my account(back home in Pakistan) by my father and am having a gift deed made. Should I have the deed made today or is it better to have it made as close to submission of documents as possible? Also, is there a particular format or essential details which I have to include in the gift deed?

Thank you, your help will be much appreciated.

You do not need to show your credit card balance on the PoF. So just show your Bank Account details, which your bank branch will be happy to write it for you. In the US, just take a sample of what you want and they will be happy to write the same on their letter head.

The date won't matter much, but earlier the better which will show that you planned it in advance and now have the funds with you for the last few weeks instead of waiting until the last. The format will be based on the laws of the country the gift deed is being made. All you need to include is your name, your father's name, relationship and that he is giving this money to you as a gift with the legal language such as:

gift in consideration of natural love and affection without any expectation of it being returned, or having an encumbrance on it.

This would suffice.

Thank you, your help will be much appreciated.
Hope this helps!

Thank you for your help regarding the matter, it is much appreciated. I will have my bank account stated on the gift deed as well, just in case. This way, I would not require the balance for 6 months.

Also, you simplified the process in the US for me, as I was worried I would need to approach some central authority to provide to me in writing that I have no loans outstanding. My bank back home will probably not follow the process, but I will show a reference on the letterhead. Your help is much appreciated!

Only the person making the gift deed signs it, unless you want to register, which is not required for a small amount of money and where there is no transaction for an immovable property.

For the IELTS it is the date on when the test happened which is important. Not the date when the result is issued. Even if the form asks for the result date, you can mention either, and as long as it can be verified online, a day here and there does not matter.

The gift deed will have to be notarized and should be on a Rs. 10 non judicial stamp paper. If you are getting the gift deed, there is no need for a 6 month statement from your bank, only the statement with the money in your bank would be sufficient.

The donee has to sign, but you can sign later, or sign before and send the document for the donor's sign and notary. You will have to arrange this somehow, and an original signature is required. The best would be that the gift deed is made signed and sent to you and you can then finally sign it. Not the questions of would a notary notarize, a unsigned gift deed, I don't see a problem. This would be the most cost effect and efficient way of doing it.

Ok i think best way would be my father signing and then sending me a scanned copy i will print sign and upload it again.
Also he just check with notaries, they said they dont have non judicial paper but they have judicial paper. Would that be fine ?

It doesn't matter. No one goes into specificity and this minute details.
