POF letter from ICICI Bank in India

Has anyone obtained the POF letter from ICICI Bank? Do they give it in the format required by CIC?

Yes they do.
You can make the letter yourself and ask them to print it on the letterhead. Provided all details are true.

Yes, this is right. Going to the bank with a letter already typed out makes things faster. They might ask for a handwritten request letter and they are usually really co-operative, but please visit at a time when they are not extremely busy. I got one from ICICI bank today.

Please ensure that the FD account numbers are also added in the same letter, because they might only provide Savings account details.

I created a letter in the below format

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that <Name> is a customer with ICICI Bank and holds below accounts at the closing hours of <date>. <Customer Name> has full access to the accounts mentioned below in individual capacity.

Create table with headers - A/c Number A/c Open Date A/c Type Current Balance Status of Account

Daily Average Closing Balance in Savings Account

I certify that daily average closing balance of INR <>/- (amount in words only) was maintained in the last six months i.e. from <date duration>.

Debts - Loans and Credit Cards
I certify that the below listed credit products are issued to <Name> and there is no other credit products (Personal Loan, Vehicle Loan etc) is issued.
Create table with headers - Table Type of A/c (Number) Open Date / Sanction Date Balance Outstanding as on date
