PoF Joint or new Single account . Pls suggest.

Hi

I am planning to apply without accompanying spouse. We have savings in our joint account, pls can you suggest if I need to create a new account and transfer the amount eq CA$12,500 to the new account.

I do not have an individual account as I closed my foreign bank account 2 months ago.

There's no need to do that. Get a No Objection Certificate from your spouse and that will be sufficient.
