POF FOR CEC

Hey guys..My lawyer is asking for bank statements and also credit card statements for proof of funds. I was invited under CEC and I am pretty sure that I do not need to provide POF info. Is it okay to provide these statements.? I think it will complicate the file more as I have to provide more documentation regarding loans etc.

I think including LOE that I do not need POE is sufficient enough.

An LOE stating that you are not required to show proof of funds under CEC is what everyone invited via that stream uploads. Your lawyer should know this.

Double check that you are in fact invited under CEC and discuss with them.

I have added 12960 while applying for cec as proof of funds,

I got the ita 18th March and my profile is showing I am eligible for bot cec and fsw,

Should I have to include those proof of funds and then write letter of explanation that I do not have to show proof of funds

or do not inclue any proof of funds and mention in letter of explanation that I do not have to show any funds.

I am worried because I have added that number while I am applying..

I also did the same thing. I think so that we can change it to 0 and then upload a letter of explanation that we do not need to provide the proof of funds. please correct me if I am wrong.

My friend got ita too..he updated the funds to 0 from 5000..den in the upload section they never asked POF..so now does he still upload a loe anyway?
