PoF - Bank Balance Certificate

I am from India and currently holding my salary cum saving account in ICICI.

I just got the balance certificate from the branch and the certificate is not having the finer details mandated by the CIC.
The only information mentioned in the certificate is:

• My Name
• A/C number
• Type of Account
• Current balance

The details like since the time I have been holding this account and other details are not listed.
As per the bank personnel, this is the standard balance certificate given to all account holders for visa or any other purpose. The further details can or will be confirmed by the Visa officer by contacting the Bank and can't be listed in the balance certificate.

Can anyone please confirm on these claims made by the bank personnel.
I am attaching my 6 months salary details and 6 months bank statement along with the balance certificate.
Is there need of any additional precaution measure from my end for smooth document processing?

If anyone from India has successfully gotten PR with ICICI or similar balance certificate - kindly shed some light.

Providing the standard letter they issue along the 6 month bank statements is sufficient.

What is rather interesting is that your bank is willing to share your personal information to another party.

Yes, that stuck me kinda weird too that these details are not listed here but will be shared with the Visa officer if situation arises.

Kindly suggest -
I can generate the eStatement from my online account for Apr 2009. Is it needed to get that statement stamped and signed from Bank personnel and submit it along the latest 6 months statement?
I can mention the reason to submit is to show that I have been holding this account since Apr 2009.
I still won't be able to show any loan details though. Although I have cleared all the loans before raising the balance certificate request.

Hey what did you , did you get your application approved? Did the bank balance certificate work? I am in a similar situation, please help!
