my class starts on sept 4 but if i go there in the 2nd or 3rd week,will there be any prblm with the issuance of study permit at POE?

No problem at the POE. But can be a problem for the university they sometimes have deadlines to join. check with the university first.

Im also unable to find flights from my home country,My classes starts on sep 4 and i got the flight of sep 14 to Toronto?? My university said to be on campus before sep 16.Will there be any problem at poe for my study permit?? Because im landing on toronto airport as my university is in victoria.

Do you have have flight connection from Toronto to Vanc? If it is then no problem. if you are asked why you came late just say the truth that you didn't find any flight.

Right now i have on From here to Toronto.My czn will be picking me up from the airport and the next day i will book a flight from Toronto to vancouver?? Will that be fine??
