POE Letter

Hello everyone!

I got my student visa stamped in my passport last week. However, the status of my application in my cic account has not changed yet (it says I need to send my original passport to finalize my application) and I have not received the POE letter yet. Is this normal? Do I need to contact IRCC and ask them to send me the letter? Also, I would appreciate it if anyone can tell me exactly what financial documents I need to show at the border.

Guys what is POE?
Is it that on which it is written,”your application to study in canada is approved.A permit authorizing your study will issue to you after examining by border service agency on your arrival in canada. The officer will ask you to see letter”
Etc etc etc
Is this is POE?
