How many of you guys received proof of delivery (POD) Signed and received by "Doug" because most of the applicants who sent their application to cic and received by Doug is taking more time to get AOR.

My file was received by the same person(Doug Stevenson), application was delivered on Apr 6th 2016, and I received AOR on May 17th 2016.
