I am interested in the Express Entry Program. If I am working in China as a teacher and my home town is another country, is it a problem to apply and to show the last work experience from not your hometown?

No, it shouldn't be a problem at all. Just use the 'Come to Canada' tool and you can check your eligibility for express entry.
