Here are the PNP programs. You need to do some research as a NOC isn’t the only requirement. Some are through EE and some are not.

I have 4 yrs of work exp , age is 28 , have masters equivalency and given Ielts couple of times always have 6.5 in writing rest all 8.5,,, I’m loosing all my hopes here as writing 7 is not happening,, kindly suggest pnp which you see is fisible
