Is it possible to get a PNP in regulated profession?
I have 5 yrs experience in Skilled level A so wat can be done that I may get a PNP nomination . My NOC code is 4032. My CRS score is 388. I'll bee giving IELTS again to improve my CRS. Max my CRS can go upto 460. My age is 31yrs and in Aug I'll be turning 32 yrs. Due to age I 'm in a hurry and want things to happen asap.
Any suggestions, please.

Your occupation is not in demand so PNP isn't really an option.

Express Entry is your best bet. Try to increase your score as much as possible and hope that scores drop.

Consider learning French to boost your score or coming to Canada on a study permit as another way to increase your score.

Your NOC requires a license to teach in the province so not an option for PNP. It may even be on the ineligible list for PNPs. As said above learn French but you need to get to a B2 level for points.

Your score is too low to be selected through Express Entry directly.

You need to research the PNP programs to see if one of those is a possibility - or increase your score to the 470 range if you want to get selected through Express Entry directly.
