Hey,

I have some questions in my mind about PNP in Ontario, hopefully someone will help me here,I was an International Student here and currently I am full time employee in a multi-national company on my Work Permit from last 1 year and as they are not able to give me LMIA, I am thinking of PNP, but in this August i will be 2 years graduate already, so am i ok to apply right now and second question is that my company this location is only 1 and half year old but company is 40 year old so am i eligible to apply? Please help me out.

If you have minimum 1 year work experience in Canada, then you can be eligible under CEC and you can apply for OINP Human Capital Priorities Stream. For that, you need to receive PT NOI from Ontario and you should have more than 400 CRS Points in your EE profile. Else, if you know French and have a TEF report, then you can receive PT NOI from Ontario.

If you can try and find a LMIA supported job, then that's the best possible option to obtain PR.

Yes, unfortunately for you it is true - a degree is the minimum requirement to apply under this stream.
Seek the alternative route - job offer with LMIA and you get 600 additional CRS points to apply for PR.

Yeah, its my bad luck, and i have one more question, right now i am on a section head post in my own field that is electronic Engineering, I tired but non of electronic company is helping in LMIA but i got one offer in a banquet Hall for Manger post and they are providing me LMIA also. So, is it okay to get a LMIA from different field. Do it get approved or not?
