Pnp with 423 crs points

So i will apply in ee. Do i have to apply for ontario pnp the other way or ontario will pock my file auto matically
Does it depend on the noc we selected. My wife has a experience of computer teacher and technician at computer lab at the same time. In which noc we should apply?
If we apply as a computer teacher , Is b.ed required? Bcz uts menioned vacgelor degrree in education is required
noc depends on what you think best fits you. As long as you are able to provide a letter from your employer it won't matter much.
If Ontario considers your noc to be in demand list then you will receive NOI.
So if i get pnp from ontario. Will I get a job there in that noc???? Or I have to find it myself???? Or I just receive a pnp and I can work in any field????
Job hunting is same like every other country. You need to put in the effort to find the job you are looking for.
When you get a PR you are free to live anywhere in Canada and do any job.
I want to ask that if i get pnp from ontario does that mean they will give me job when I arrive there or just get there and start hunting jobs.
from what we learned, Ontario issues invitations to ppl with job offer or French speaking in recent rounds. maybe you have to work hard to get a job first before receiving their invitation.
