Hello everyone

I need some opinions regarding my situation

I'm Egyptian 27 years old single dentist who graduated in 2012 had my internship from November 2012 to February 2014 (one year internship)

Then worked in private sector from June 2014 till December 2014 (6months)
besides working in ministry of health from September 2014 till December 2014 (3 months)

Then I was called for military service and I got my dental experience there starting from March 2015 to March 2016 (one year)

Then back to private sector and ministry of health again from March 2016 till now (10 months)

I'm ready to take IELTS anytime .
Funds available.

But I chose to go Canada as an international student first. So, I got accepted in a private college in dental hygiene program for 18 months starting this July 2017 till December 2018

What is the best route to take in my situation?

Check CRS Tool how much points you can attain as on date.

You need at least one year of continuous paid work experience (or equivalent continuous part-time) in one specific NOC code, before you can apply for federal skilled worker.

You should also check if it is easy for dentist to get a job in Canada. If you do and go for express entry routine, predict the number of points that you will get after you graduate.

Ontario also sponsor applicants with points 400 or above. However, there is no guarantee that they will sponsor you. In addition, due to the popularity of the programme, it is uncertain whether or how it will continue in 2017. They may raise the points to 430, as an example.

Check the PNP programme in other provinces to see if you may be eligible (e.g., Manitoba). Study in that province where you want to immigrate. This will show that you have the intention to stay in that province (an important requirement in any PNP programme is intention to stay in that province).

Thanks for your concern

How about studying in Ontario then moving to another Province for work as NOC B for a year then applying after that year

No one can predict how PNP in different provinces will continue, but it seems that people currently get the best luck in ontario PNP.

The International Student must also:
have graduated from or have met the requirements of a full-time degree or diploma program at an eligible publicly-funded Canadian college or university that is at least two (2) years in length or a one year post-graduate certificate program, which requires a previous degree in order to qualify,

but my college is only 18 months dental hygiene diploma. Is that what they meant by one year post-graduate?

I assume that you got it from Ontario PNP website.

If it is an undergraduate degree, they tend to think a full-time student as someone who studied full-time for two semesters within a year. I do not know about diploma but you can ask Ontario PNP by sending them an e-mail.
