pnp verses LMIA

I HAVE BEEN REVIEWING THE POINTS SYSTEM FOR THE EXPRESSED ENTRY AND I NOTICED THAT THE LMIA AND PNP ARE AWARDED THE SAME 600 POINTS, HOWEVER UNDER THE FSW PROGRAM WHICH REQUIRE 67 POINTS THERE IS ONLY 10 POINTS AWARDED FOR LMIA BUT NO MENTION OF POINTS FOR PNP. IS ANY POINTS AWARDED FOR THE PNP TO MAKE UP THE 67 UNDER THE FSW?

well its a case that i got a pnp and i have applied for a work permit since november and they have not addressed that as of now its still saying submitted.
i have also applied using my pnp for fsw expressed entry but while looking thru the criteria i see they are saying with LMIA an additional 10 points will be added however i haven't seen if any points are given for the PNP. the arranged employment section.

the reason for my question is under expressed entry both the LMIA and PNP are 600 additional points but only the LMIA shows up in the FSW under arranged employment.
