PNP to CIO-Sydney on May 25th--Got stuck by Canada Post Xpresspost

Hi, Guys, I am really worried about my application. I was nominated by BC PNP and I sent my application to CIO-Sydney on May 25th using Canada Post Xpresspost. I was given a tracking #, but till now(Jul 7th) it still shows "in-transit". I called Canada Post several times and what I got is always the same standard answer as the CIO-Sydney is large volume receiver. My documents should have been delivered but the staff there forgot to scan, blablabla....

It has been 42 days, but I have not heard any response from CIO-Sydney, none did my credit card got the application fee charged. I sent email to CIO-Sydney, but no any replies. My PNP is going to expire in August. I do not know if I should send my application again. Is there any one in the same boat? Any suggests? Thank you in advance.

Ring the CIC call centre. They will straight away say that they do not deal with PR applications via PNP but express the urgency tomorrow. Also, email BC PNP office to give them heads up just in case u need to extend it in the future.

Email Nova Scotia - put URGENT in the subject line

Call Canada Post and speak to a supervisor!!

Trust me ... Trust on what canada post says ... It will never show delivered when you send the application ... Has happened to me too soo just wait n to ease yoirself call Ottawa n they will tell you that they have got it

Thanks guys for your kind suggestions. I sent Email to CIO-Sydney yesterday. They did not reply me but my credit card was charged $550 today, I believe it is the application fee. Is that a good sign? Maybe they start looking at my case. BTW, what's the normal waiting time between the application fee got charged to receiving AOR? Can someone share it with me? Many thanks!
