While my express entry profile is showing pending, after submitting and I got an email for confirmation of submission, got an express entry number and also a UCI Number, and all my form is showing transmitted & update form but my view profile is showing pending can I go ahead to apply for PNP programs using my express entry number & UCI number or I should wait till my profile changes to submitted from pending. Please your response will be appreciated I submitted since on the 20th. Got confirmation message 21th, but status still showing pending, can I go ahead with the pnp submission using my express entry number or hold on till I got a successful message of being admitted into the pool?
